ASK DS. Decoy string too short

Postby Don Miller » Sat Mar 17, 2012 9:37 am

What is the best way to lengthen the strings on my decoys if they are too short.
Thanks in advance

Drain the water level down to accommodate your string length.

You might check the TW page in Mack's - I'm certain A Pro-Staffer has a solution for that (that gives him an advantage over other hunters).

I stopped using weights on my decoys a long time ago. Much more movement to the decoy spread.

Hhhhmmmmmm...... that's a tough one. I'd probably get me one of those battery chargers with a "start" option on it.

Give each decoy (especially the drakes) a 1/4 tablet of viagra :D
