Re: GOBBLING THUNDER CHICKENS
i love how this guy throws in his 117 birds in almost every post...i mean im only 23 and if i shot every bird ive ever called in then im sure id be up around that number....i called in 23 last year tryin to help my younger brother and other beginner turkey hunters to enjoy the sport as much as i do...but i guess in alabama its all the attention on them all the time!!! thats like a deer hunter that brags about killin 28 deer in a deer season....didnt anybody teach this guy its not the number of turkeys killed its the stories behind them that matters...but i guess in his 50 odd years of turkey hunting he never learned that trait that is the most important thing about the sport

DeltaDuckMan said, "So when you hit them with a crow call or an owl hoot, and they gobble, they are just looking to breed....or when you shoot a gun, and one gobbles, he wants to "pump" the pump gun? Or when you slam a car door, or a dog barks and you hear a turkey gobble, all he has on his mind is feckin'?????".
Sooooooo, let me get this straight. If I clap my hands, DOES THIS MEAN?, OH CHIT, i'm through turkey hunting
