Broken door handles on 2007 suburban

Does anybody know how to replace these chrome handles on a 07 suburban? All four have detached from the door, and the dealers want 200 per handle to replace them. I have heard this is a fairly common problem on suburbans. It's ridiculous what you pay for these cars, and they are made with cheap plastic parts. My 02 suburban feels twice as solid as my plastic 07. Anyway, thanks for any advice on how to fix the door handles.
