I bought mine off of EBAY for $75 bucks. Just don't buy from someone in Canada or out of the country unless they have good feedback.

Its a good system, but the visible effects are contingent upon sticking to the diet. I've not partaken in the program, but I have always used the muscle confusion approach, though geared more toward powerlifting and not aesthetic results. If you start it, be sure to stick to the diet. Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. When dieting, you MUST understand physiology. You need to understand how the body works, what it needs and how to manipulate your diet to achieve the desired results. Understanding these things will give the diet context and you will understand why you do what you do, and it will also allow you to discern which diets are good and which are bad. Do not ever get into a diet that will get you quick results by denying your body necessary nutrients. These kinds of binge diets will often lose you weight quickly, but will slow your metabolism, or keep you in a catabolic state rather than a metabolic. You want to stay metabolic. Especially if you are also trying to build muscle.

Very good workout. My wife and I just finished it, took a week off and started it again.

ELDUDERINO,

What would be a good starting point on the diet. I started on P90X last year and saw some good results but my diet was definitely holding me back.

I got the diet info from a buddy...my wife and I have been following it pretty close. Only difference is we're doing our own workouts which are more centered around endurance training (running, biking, swimming, etc). Been hitting it for about 3 weeks and I'm down about 8-10lbs. My starting weight was around 265, so I've got a ways to go. If you can stick to a good eating plan, then you're halfway there. It's tough, but well worth it in the long run. We're going to do the P90 workouts in a few months. It's gonna be tough, but I need to get back down to 215-220. Everyone I know that has done it and stuck with it has had good results.

Did some of the workouts, but mainly the diet part. If your going to do the workout, you need to do some basic workouts for a couple of weeks prior, or you'll be so sore you cant move. On day 4 I could hardly put my clothes on. I stuck with the diet, no cheating, cut out sweets, very few carbs, and lost 14lbs in 14 days. Ended up losing 20lbs so far in about 2 months, and that is with very little exercise. From 195lbs to 175lbs, can fit in my clothes again. good luck

Im in pretty good physical shape, but would like to drop the last 5lbs of belly fat that I cant seem to shake! I think that its just gonna take some really good dieting and ALOT of running to get that six pack... I have been kinda doing my own thing with the weights but have got to start hittin the cardio hard as soon as it warms up a little bit
