river decoys

how do yall rig up yalls decoys when yall hunt in rivers and deep water? do yall use gang rig type things or what?

Depends on what kind of decoy (keel configuration - tie-off capabilities) and depth of water. Lotta keel designs don't function real well for long single-line rigging.

If you're not used to gang-rigging long lines and anchors.....it can be a pre-dawn circus. 'Bout like trying to rig a jerk cord in 30' of water.

Really long line. Like 20 feet per decoy. Depends on where you hunt though.

tie the to the channel markers haha... but seriously had a friend tell this topwater that it was pretty funny
