I got a house for sale just outside of Coldwater, MS (North Tate Co.) in a subdivision known as Golden Ponds. 3,000 sq. ft house on 4 acres with a pond. Also has an underground invisible fence for pets. Private well. 4 Bedrooms, 1 Bonus Room, 3 full baths, 2 car garage. Etc. 1.5 miles from I-55. If he likes to hunt he will enjoy living here because it is just a short drive (down the road from) to A TON of public duck hunting waters and deer hunting areas. I really hate to leave the place but I am needing to move into Desoto County (where taxes are higher).
