Mr.Mayor say's"small towns need government funding".That's what the reggins all want handout's from the government.Reggins will vote for anybody black even if he doesn't know his booty from a whole in the ground.Don't they realize the reason thier town is declining?It's because of the majority of people who live there.They couldn't care less if it doesn't have to do w/ foodstamps,wic,or getting back the white devils. :twisted:
