HI-BALLERS

Postby TAK'UM » Wed Jan 14, 2004 7:23 pm

I hunted public land last weekend and there were 2 or 3 groups that were hi-balling constantly! They had to have a oxygen tank with them because i don't see how they didnt pass out. Every time anybody would get ducks working them they would start up. The ducks would just go from decoy spread to decoy spread and finnally just leave. IF they were'nt killing ducks nobody was going to kill them and thats messed up.

Classic.....you must be huntin' Mahannah. I haven't hunted there in 4 yrs due to that crap. Most of 'em got 4 spinners and hit that high-ball at the first sight of ducks crossin' the fields  . Happens every weekend.

Dont you just love it when you do all that work and then you finally get ready to hunt and come to find out that a group of classic MORONS are set up right behind you. I hate those idiots like that. We need to open a season on them. No limit

Some buddies were huntin a well known NWR a couple of days ago,and some high-ball Harries set up next to em.Started before light and hardly stopped.

Absolutely nuthin flew until about 9:30 when 8-10 mallards came low over the trees. My buddy gave em a little low bump, and they committed. As soon as Harry sees em he lets loose with the ole high-ball.Buddy said it looked like they'd been shot at.

How are these guys that stupid? Don't they realize that less is more. How many times do they have to f*** up before they learn?

By the way,if you're reading this, and had a note, giving you the conservationist of the day award,on your car,YOU"RE THE ONES!!!!!!

My only question is this.Did you go to Gumbo Acres to pick it up???

I had a group of guys hunting on the field next to ours opening weekend that I could hear high balling from about a half of a mile down wind.
Now that dude was making some noise.
Funny thing, but they didn't shoot much.
Huh?

Chopper the only reason your mad is because you can't call worth a dang. Everytime we're in the duck blind together I have to plug my ears to keep from gettin' a migrane headache from all the noise. You need to put a little pitch in that call.....pitch it in the water that is!

Well there mister chairman of the duck calling patrol, who made you world champ? If I remember correctly, your "lucky call" was the one that sounded like $#!+ two weekends ago. Remember the one that froze up every time you put your lips to it?

You better quit now before you get your feelings hurt!
Just go back to work and look at some house plans or something and leave the hunting or even the talk about hunting to someone who knows something about it, o.k..
Any way that is all of this I can take for one day I'm leaving work and this argument!

Thanks for the report, Sportsman. I had heard it hadn't improved much. Were y'all on the East or West side?

Hey webmaster, those two little kids is some pretty funny stuff. If you want to know who all the high ballers and sky busters are, it is those two guys. They're notorious for screwing everyones hunts along with a few other things. That is some funny $hit
