Outstanding HBO movie - Taking Chance

If u have hbo then you have got to watch this movie. If it doesn't make ur eyes steamy then u just ain't right. Kevin Bacon does a good job escorting a deceased Marine home. Just can't say enough about what our armed forces does for us.

I have not seen the movie yet so I don't know how much of this is portrayed, but Chance's dad is a fishing guide in Wyoming. Got a buddy who knows him pretty well and fishes with in the Wind Rivers a good bit.

The dad has a pretty small roll in the movie. Tom Wopat plays the father. In my book if the actor who is cast to play your father is one of the original Duke boys then your pops must be a pretty damn good fella.

all i can say is WOW!!! i just got around to watching this tonight and it is stellar to say the least. i had some serious lumps in the throat and water in the eyes. great movie.
