Duck Pizza...Unbelievable

Get a pillsbury pizza dough "can".

Roll it out on cookie sheet, cover in Basil Pesto, then cover that will alfredo cheese sauce. This is your sauce. Toppings I use are Grilled duck(Cook very rare as it will cook more in over), Sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese and mozzerella. Follow instruction on pizza dough. You can add mushrooms, bacon, jalepenos or whatever you want.

I cooked some really good gumbo this weekend. It was the first time I've ever made one from scratch and it went pretty well. Do a google search for Besch Duck Gumbo.

Toliet Marinated Duck Breasts


Marinate in toilet for 2 days then pull the chrome handle...........enjoy.

Get some tin foil, place three stripsof bacon on bottom to stack stuff on. Cut up red onion, red and yellow bell pepper, and a couple jalapenos. Place a layer of this on bacon. Stack a bunch of duck breast on top of onions and peppers. Next make another layer of onions and peppers on top of duck breast and top with three more pieces of bacon. Seal foil off and put on grill. Takes about 35 min maybe a little longer. I prefer to use teal breast. Eat on a hot dog bun!!! It is incredible.
