I don't understand why it wouldn't. If you can legally carry in a purse, bag etc without a permit than whats the difference carrying in a IWB

Then here's a question. Since this bill seems to be easing Mississippi's gun laws, a trend we have seen nationally of late as well, can we expect Mississippi to eliminate her Conceal Carry laws entirely in the future? Remember, we are already seeing similar actions in other states.

Well it passed and its not getting near the exposer that open carry got when it was voted on. I bet the Gov signs it (which he has to say yes or no within 5 days). But how long after he signs it will it take to go into effect???
