Who on here can set up a trust for me? What is the average cost of getting one set up?

M. Reed Martz in Oxford did mine and was super easy to deal with. 662.234.1711

Be careful and make sure its done right the first time! The first trust I had drawn up was 2 pages long and did not include alot of the necessities.

Maybe some others can chime in on this issue, but It was my understanding that President Obama signed an executive order that alters the effectiveness of gun trust. I currently have a gun trust and have enjoyed using it to acquire Class III items, but it is my understanding that at some point this summer the executive order kicks in and even though you have a gun trust you still have to get CLEO signatures, finger print etc....

I can't seem to find anything else on this issue after a google search.

Also, efile has not been operating. I spoke to NFA reps yesterday and they said that they don't foresee the efile website getting operational anytime soon. They have reassigned all efile personnel to the written form department. Essentially said that you need to refile everything in written format if you want the process to get completed. Everything that was submitted in efile will sit dormant for a while.
