I'm looking at the forecasted radar for the jackson area and I just don't see wth everyone is freaking out about. They cancelling after school stuff everywhere and letting schools out early. It just looks like another set of scattered thunderstorms for this area. Am I missing something?

heard them say on the news that storm chaser #7 was racing down from memphis into mississippi...sounds like they think something pretty harsh is about to happen.

Y'all stay safe down there in MS this afternoon and evening!
I am interested in purchasing duck calls that were made by Mike McLemore. I am a family member and they have a sentimental value.

Other than wind it's not bad around Flowood. Hope it stays that way. The Tupelo tornado is heading close to the in-laws' house. FIL is underground hanging out for a while.
