Check out this comparison of camo patterns
I've turkey hunted with a guy who wore the spring predator pattern. It worked really well I thought. All of my stuff is MO of course but I'm always looking for a new "outfit".

Quick...tell all of your friends.....We're back!!
I went on vacation and when I returned the site was gone. I thought Benny had attacked I'm glad to see it back.

CULP VERDICT.....
I know the two kids well. I saw them several times in the hospital. Culp should fry. Or hang from a tall tree with a short piece of rope. I think this Culp trash was tied up in some illeagal affairs a few years before he raped and killed. He is subhuman trash and is not fit to live, period.

For you guys with dogs out there.
I used to buy some generic high protein food from a co-op in Louisiana. It had almost the same make up as ProPlan or some other top shelf foods.` Now all fido gets is Purina which is mighty fine. For a bit of extra shine and protein I add some bacon or hamburger grease every once and a blue moon. A ...

Diving down? Does it happen?
When I was younger and hunting in a timberhole we busted a group of Gadwall. One was wounded and began to swim off. After searching the area I was never able to find the bird. The old coon-ass I was hunting with said "Gotta watch those greys, they'll dive down and bite onto a root or branch to escap...

DU is a machine. The kind of machine that doesn't run on electricity or oil or diesel but one that runs on CASH. That is the bottom line. Of course that is no surprise to anyone. They need cash to print those nice magazines, put on elaborate events ect. You can't expect DU to always cater to farmers...

MULE DUCK !!!!
I've seen a mount of one before. It seemed to be more sprig than greenhead. Darkbill, sprig, the green on the head was not as iridescent. I ususally hear of one or two people a year killing them in the delta. A buddy of mine shot one lastyear. Rookie hunter so when I asked who mounted it I wasn't su...

DU Oreck vac!!!
I wondered how long it was going to take till this topic drifted on the board. I guess Oreck cut some big check to DU. You would think that they could get a more appropriate product. It is the equivalent of Victoria's Secret pairing up with RNT to sell women pink or baby blue duck calls with satin l...

Extrema
I know that Delta Duck and some others were trying out the new Extrema 3.5 this year. I wondered how it did and was it worth the $800+ dollars. I kinda got an itching for a new gun for turkery/treerats/doves and that occasional non migratory greenhead that might somehow make its way down here next y...

duck recipes
I don't think that I can improve on any of the recipies. They all make me hungry but here is an extra tip. I inject my ducks (whole birds and breast) with whatever marinade they have been sitting in. Most of my marinades have milk in them which is mostly water. Anyway I use a large syringe from the ...

We'll see how much he charges me for the new insert. You are right about the cost and fixing it for free. Certainly less than $40. If you've ever seen how these calls are made you'd be surprised. It isn't exactaly labor intensive. Computer programed lathe and some nice bits.

Estate Shells
I've never had a problem with the Estate shells. Shot several case with my 870. The only shell that I have had numerous problems with is Federal. The brass would over expand and stick in my barrel. Fortunatly the 870 breaks down into only a handful of parts and fixing the problem is fairly straighfo...
