what round are you shooting ? i've killed a bunch of deer and pigs with my .444 shooting 265 gr. leverevolution ammo and have yet to even have one run. Same here for does. They usually cut a flip and end up on there back. My .444 is my favorite rifle in tight spots under 150 yards because I am lazy...

File a complaint. Work is no place for a child, especially a sick one. There are safety concerns with a child in the workplace. The company also has added expense of lost productivity due to your absence....as well as any one else in the office that got sick and missed work.
