Re: Tire slime
tires on my old lawn mower leaked and would have to air them up once or twice a month. I put slime in all of them and worked like a charm. Didn't air them up for almost 2 years after.

Re: These Coolers look interesting.
Probably 4 or 5 all together. I do a good bit of offshore fishing. I got my small LSU yeti as a gift but purchased most new or from rich friends who get new ones damn near every year. I own now 2 iceyteks, a engel, and 2 yetis. I'm aware that yeti made coolers before hats, my statement was that the...

Re: These Coolers look interesting.
Ive had quite a few brands for a few years and my Iceytek has been the best. Yeti is more of a brand than a product....making more money off cups, hats and decals then coolers. How many high end coolers have you bought? Not too many folks buy more than 1 high end coolers let alone "quite a few...

Re: These Coolers look interesting.
Get you a Pelican and be done with it! I love my Pelican. As far as function and price, I don't think they can be beat. Weight however, is obscene on the Pelicans. People complain about how much Yeti's weigh. My Pelican is even worse. But $200 of a Pelican 35 (same storage as a Yeti 45) is why I co...

Re: It's amazing
idiots - an then when you call them out on it people start calling you the "internet game warden". Drives me nuts how stupid and Naïve people are. Believe me. Real game wardens watch the internet. About 5 years ago, I had one knock on my door (at my house on a Friday evening) asking about...

El Nino...which means...The Nino
So all this El Nino talk got me thinking of the last major El Nino, and the effects it had. Back then (1997-98 winter) I liked in the Canadian prairies. We loved it. It was crazy seeing days in January above freezing. However, it also meant we got and kept very little snow. I moved to Memphis in '99...

Just bonkers. That's Porsche 911 money. It's hard to wrap my head around the fact that this: http://onlytruecars.com/data_images/gallery/02/ford-f-250-king-ranch-super-duty/ford-f-250-king-ranch-super-duty-02.jpg costs the same as this: http://media.caranddriver.com/images/11q4/424156/2012-porsche-9...

Re: Dog food scams
I went through all the grain free to try to find one where my dog wouldn't scratch out all his fur on his belly. Taste of the Wild is the one he can do. $42 for a bag off Amazon, and he goes through a bag a month. If you can't afford $42 a month, you cant afford a dog. Beats the Walmart stuff where...

Re: New Truck
I bought a new Ram Laramie this spring and really like it. It's fully loaded and it's very cush. I have only a couple minor gripes, but nothing major when you factor in how great of a deal I got on it versus a Tundra / Z71 / F150 equally equipped. The price on the Ram's simply can't be beat. Plus a ...

Re: Anyone Seeing Any Ducks Yet?
Driving through Arkansas I've seen ducks pretty much anywhere there is water, which is to say, not too many places.

Re: Now, THIS is a rattler.....
Big snake, and certainly a prime example of how big they can get, but I would guess (and guess is all you can do when someone long arms them with a stick) that the snake is 6' long at best. A 5' long rattlesnake will have a head as big as your fist. When the article title is "killer rattler&quo...

West Coast saltwater (well brackish really) fly action
I was just outside of Sacramento last week on business and managed to squeeze in some striper fishing on the last afternoon before catching an early morning flight. My friend and I joined up with a great (and very affordable I may add) fly fishing only guide and went out for 4-5 hours. My friend is ...
