I found some old pics of Angus the other night and started tearing up.
Prayers sent, it's a hard, hard thing.

Re: Time to Rate the 2016-2017 season
What is this "season " we speak of? At times I honestly cannot put together a logical reason as to why I continue to go. Being raised doing it? Runs in the family? Because I'm a hard-headed, doggedly determined idiot? Being doggedly-determined can be a good thing, IF the end result is actu...

Re: Prayers
My heart always sinks when I get on here and see a prayers thread with multiple pages. I'm a little late, but it's never too late for paying respects. While there will be pro's and conn's to technology doing away with human-operated vehicles, I will rest much easier when it happens. Damn the damned ...

Re: BOAT TRAILER AXLE FAILURE RANT!! ANGER & FURY
In Proverbs, King Solomon said something along the lines of, "It's better to live on the corner of a roof, than to live with a nagging woman." I agree. And I also think this applies to boat trailers. The only thing more worrisome, more pesky, more miserable than a boat trailer, is a piece ...

Re: Super light pirogue - 17lb 14 foot
I am watching this threads closely, JD, because the PVC idea is a damned good one. I've owned a few pirogues and always miss them once I sell them. I've been wanting another, but this time I'm really getting the itch to build it instead of buying it. Again, the PVC idea is intriguing. I want to buil...

Re: Looking for coffin or Mummy layouts to buy
FYI,
I bought one of those real lightweight coleman cots- they weigh maybe 3 lbs.
Now a cheap, non-waterproof layout is set on top of it. Voila. Now you have a $120 momarsh thing-a-ma-jig.
It has worked flawlessly for me in flooded units.

Re: Congratulations to Aubrun University
Who cares what a buncha Forest Gumps think about each other?
Other day I was in Auburn, next day in Tuscaloosa. Both smelled the same assa fart squeakin by a terd consisting of Old Milwaukee and Golden Corral buffets.
Plus everyone was fat. Bigly.

Re: I Hate a Thief
Oh, and also, I think a thief is as low as the bottom of an ISIS sugar ditch. Lower than goat hair in the bottom of a Taliban chitter tank. Piece of garbage, is what a thief is.
