Re: Mass shooting (San Bernardino)
I would strongly suggest everyone read "Day of Wrath" by William Forstchen. It's short and won't take long to read it. If it doesn't open your eyes to how vulnerable we are, I don't know what will.

Re: Smallest Caliber Pistol
I can and do carry either a Ruger LCP or Smith and Wesson 642 when needed which are .380acp and .38spl respectively. Lately, when I have to carry a gun that small, I double up and put the airweight on my ankle and the LCP in a pocket with a spare mag for the LCP. Edited to add: My LCP is one gun tha...

Re: M and P Shield....
Good gun but lately I prefer the Glock 43 when I have to go to a single stack. I think I bought the first Shield in 40sw that was sold in Greenwood. I've never had a lick of trouble with it, just went to 9mm for a couple extra rounds when carrying an already small gun.

Don't pass up the beer carts and don't think about how much they cost.
Also, the jalapeno and cheese pretzels have to be laced with crack.

They have been wanting to/working on buying them out for several years now. I have no doubt it will happen eventually.

Re: DSU active shooter???
Supposedly LE has been in contact with him and he advised he wouldn't go to jail. I would have thought he'd offed himself by now but if he's running, he may not be finished targeting folks. Be vigilant!

Re: What knife are you guys running? Looking for a new blad
Microtech or benchmade for a pocket knife! I love my Microtech, it's super light and scary sharp. I have a Winkler belt knife close by if I need to cut through a car door or anything so the Microtech is enough for daily tasks.

Re: 300 blackout for youth
My 9 year old step-son will be shooting a suppressed 300blk this season (Remington 700 with SilencerCo Saker). I've killed a few deer and pigs with the blackout and I really like it for a short-medium range gun. He loves his "blackout" as he calls it. This afternoons adventure was a waterm...
