Re: WRP question

I would be willing to pay more than an acre is worth but I have not been able to find a farmer willing to sell an acre in the area.

WRP question

I bought 167 acres that was already in WRP. I bought it for duck and deer hunting purposes only with the thought I could find somewhere close to build a cabin. I have had no luck with that. Does anyone know if you can buy 1 acre of WRP back? I heard you could buy it all back but I'm not certain abou...

Chesapeake training

I'm wanting to have a 7 month old female chessy trained to duck hunt, kennel, and possibly do hand signals. I'm not wanting anything but a decent duck dog. I understand this can run anywhere from $400 to $800 a month. Who would any of you suggest in north Mississippi preferably northeast Mississippi...

Re: Browning question

The reason the Browning and sx2 have the same problem is Browning makes both. Browning has made Winchester guns for years. Winchester started making Browning bullets this year. It was an agreement made years ago in a sell out between the two. Winchester couldn't make firearms and Browning couldn't m...

Re: Metal/steel homes

I'm in the HVAC buisness and we just finished a house built out of all metal. During this first summer the home owner could never get the house as cold as he would like. We were confident we had the house sized right so we started checking for problems with the equipment then for air leaks in the at...

Re: Set up LLC for duck club or is gp fine?

Definitely do the LLC. I am in my 13th year of an LLC with what started as 10 members. We are down to 9 now and I am 1 of only 4 original members left from when we started the LLC. That is why everyone is telling you to have an exit strategy in place. It doesn't matter how close of friends you are w...

Cut the tenderloin into 3/4" thick slices and season with kosher salt and black pepper. Then put the steaks on a real hot griddle or black skillet. Cook for around a minute on each side for a rare steak. I also do fillets and duck breast this way. It will surprise you how good duck is this way....

Re: Pope

For full disclosure I am Catholic. Also for the record no Catholic worships the Pope. He is the leader of our church just as I am sure most prodestants have some form of leadership in their church. I encourage anyone that wants to know what the Pope said to congress to take the time to read the enti...

Re: Crowder camps

Please remember all you can about this guy. We had a few thousand dollars worth of stuff taken from our camp in that area a couple years ago. We beefed up locks and other things on our camp so hopefully it's not us again. Hopefully if it was stolen items he will be caught.
