This year when we hunted up North in layout blinds I forgot my lead. I had an alligator clip on a leather lead so I took it off and used a heavy duty zip-tie with the clip. That worked great since you could adjust it easy.

BJ would probably love for "both" of her handlers to attend but we are signed up for a hunt test. We met Carol at a test, very knowledgeable lady. Hate to miss it.

BTW - she is wearing a harness and is actually tied-off to a ground stake because we never take chances.....especially when something is 'new'. BJ will be staked out in a dry field when we are laying down until her last hunt. She is steady 99% of the time, but when guns are at ground level too much...
