I am almost positive MHP would do an accident reconstruction. The state will have a copy of both investigations.

The accident report should have all passengers listed on the report along with the driver's information.

I would call the Sheriff's Dept to come and look at the damage. I do believe he can be charged with tresspasing and felony malicious mischief.
