They work down to within around 200 feet and just wander around. The guy we hunted with said he had never seen this many ducks in this particular area.We could on...

Re: Howard Miller

According to them you could hide early but since the native veg has weathered a little it's pretty tough to get cover. I don't know the pla...

Re: Scotch

I agree that Dewar's is a good blended scotch, but I would probably get a single malt - especially if he is a big scotch drinker. Glenfiddich (12) and Glenlivet (12) are considered good low end single malts. Don't insult your guest! If he is truely a scotch drinker then Glenfiddich or Glenlivet!!! ...

Re: Tree Spade

ebay is fine but beware- you get what you pay for if it is cheap just assume you have to rebuilt the hydraulics or the blades are bent. Hydraulic controllers run in to the hundreds of dollars and that doesn't include valves and fittings. Also beware that some JD tractors don't have the right hydraul...

Re: my sons first hunt

My boy(15) now wears the same size boot as me so you would think I could upgrade waders for myself and give him my hand me downs but the extra 2 cases of shells I had to buy for him took care of that!

I remember those little man clothes are expensive and they don't stay in them long do they?
