What model Sig Sauer for CC?

I'm looking at getting a .357 sig caliber Sig Sauer to be my concealed carry gun. I'm pretty set on this gun but not really sure about the model yet. I've looked at a couple different models for this setup on the Sig Sauer website and handled a few in some stores but still not exactly sure which one...

Re: Kids & Guns

I can understand the whole "why would you NOT take precautions regardless of how your kids were raised", but this whole thing still blows my mind. I am only 30 years old, but growing up in MS we were taught not to touch them in the house and WE DIDN'T. My brother and I started hunting with...

Re: Catfish Pond Noise Cannon

I was at a vineyard last summer and didn't know they had those things set up for crows. One went off about 50 yds from me where I couldn't see it and I hit the deck.

Re: "Lone Survivor"....for military guys, especially.....

Watched the movie last night. I've had the book on my coffee table for about 6 months, just haven't had time to read it yet since I read "American Sniper" first. If watching those guys in that movie doesn't tug on you a little bit something might be wrong with you...makes you appreciate th...

Re: Moonshiners

Yes, the show is obviously scripted to make the show what it is and I have thought about the obvious scenarios (camera crew with bad guys and law enforcement) too. I was told that the moonshiners never show their real stills, locations, etc. They use fake ones for the show. There are other shows tha...

No, but I know where Tim and Tickle live up here in southern VA! A student worker of mine here at VT lives in the same county and told me where they live. Good to know low people in high places...

Pursuit or Scepter will take out the nutsedge and I don't think will hurt legumes like clover and peas. Somebody else help me out with that cause I'm more of a turf weeds guy. Use a graminicide like Select or Poast with a crop oil surfactant for the johnsongrass and other grasses that the Pursuit o...

Re: This will stir the pot...

He just needs to lay low and stop being an idiot! He has been involved in multiple incidences since his acquittal. Guilty or not, his life will never be the same. Anything he does will be escalated by the media if they catch wind of it. Sounds like he needs to work on his anger management. Yep. He ...

Re: Chiropractor question?

A GOOD chiropractor is worth the visit, if it is something they can fix and surgery is not needed. All you guys talking about how they are snake oil have obviously been to bad ones. I have had 3 different ones (from moving out of state, not because I didn't like one) and they have all showed me exer...

Re: Cover Scent ....Love this stuff

I've been using imitation vanilla flavoring for years now. shot three does last year directly down wind of me. they could defiantly smell it and were more interested in what the smell was rather than the humane scent. I have a source where I can get a gallon for $4.00 I just spray down with it, and...
