Re: Anyone short the MKT?
The last two days have been good for the market. It will be interesting to see how it responds tomorrow to jobless claims. I’m thinking it will go down some more, at least for a few more week?

Re: Parasites found on the river!!
MS Ducks was around at least in 1997. I was working for the same employer I do today. I guess that makes me a little old fashion for sticking with one job so long. I still have the same truck to. Ha! Crazy how times flies.

A Ted Williams 20 gauge. Has the Polly choke on the end. It was my brothers first gun. He handed it down to me as a Christmas present when I was 9-10 years old.

Wildfowler - we need to break that porch in.
I’ve been checking in here for at least the last 22 years or how ever long this site has been around. I got out of the habit and need to get back in the habit. You might need to be my accountability partner?

Re: North MS Deer-CWD
We need to have a gathering to formulate a CWD management plan for the state to take as their own to fix this problem. Old Venice Pizza still open? Ha! I wish it was. This group never got their panties in a wad over slaughtering snow geese. What is it about a deer that makes you touchy feely? You hi...

I wasn’t really looking for a pay but more of are they still out there? With me not being a social media person and the paper not being what it used to be I don’t know how I would find a pay hunt even if I really wanted to.

500% dark got me to thinking. The wife and I are building a new house and there’s four windows in the master bedroom. Thinking about putting a window unit in each of the four windows and painting the entire room, windows, ceiling, floor and all with this substance. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van...

Re: Dove
Are there still pay hunts? Back when the Clarion Ledger used to be a newspaper, there would be several pay hunts listed in the classified ads. Bob Cleaveland used to give them some space on his Sunday Outdoor’s page too. I had a guy call the office asking where he could find a pay hunt is what got m...

Re: Governor Appointees
Peewee - Just for the sake of discussion for you and others, how much should science be used in decision making when managing natural resources? I’m thinking about the position a commissioner is in when a decision needs to be made on the management need of a species(s) and implications to hunters.

Governor Appointees
When the governor appoints a person to a commission or board of a state agency should that appointee have some qualifications in the field in which that state agency works in? Or, is being a donor to the campaign good enough? Use the MDWFP’s wildlife commission as an example of how you would build a...
