Re: AR-10

Thanks. I was really leaning toward a Bushmaster but y'all may have sold me on DPMS. Now...what am I willing to sell to make this happen.....? :(

Re: AR-10

When y'all say there may be compatibility issues with aftermarket parts on the DPMS guns are you referring to barrels, bolts, triggers, etc or are you talking about all the pretty bells and whistles you can put on them that just make them look cool?

Re: AR-10

Thanks. Any opinion on Bushmaster Rifles? My dad has one in .223 that is a tack driver but is a match grade gun. I have had my eye on this one but not sure if I would get a similar level of accuracy with it not being match grade. http://www.bushmaster.com/firearms/MOE_series.asp Thoughts? Getting mi...

AR-10

Thinking about trying to get in an AR-10 but just don't know enough about them. Do not want to spend $2k but want a decent gun with fair long range accuracy. If you were looking to buy one what would you get? Would you build it? Who makes the best whole gun? Who makes the best components? Would you ...

A real hero

Please set aside 25 minutes to watch this. I'm totally amazed and speechless. This man's story is incredible but I'm most impressed by his character. Where are them men and women who are this driven, determined, and motivated but also selfless and humble? http://realtexasblog.com/a-real-texas-hero/?...

Re: Chris Stapleton

Been listening to him for a while now. He was great with the Steeldrivers if you like bluegrass, but is far better solo, I think. Without a doubt the best in the business in my opinion.

Re: Ouray, CO

We stayed in a hotel and trailered to the trail heads each day. We have camped in the past but it is just too much. Just a day ride takes about all the food and gear you can carry.

Ouray, CO

Been a while since I've shot much but I figured a trip to the San Juan mountains was reason enough to clean the lenses up. A large group of us trailered 4-wheelers and side by sides out there and rode the old silver mining roads through the mountains for a week. Timing was perfect. The aspens were a...

Re: Initiative 42

I'm sort of in the dark too but have been trying to research over the last couple of days and I still have a pile of question. I don't see the word "fund" in 42 but some language about supporting "adequate" education. What does "adequate" mean? Bare minimum? Is what pas...

Re: PRAY FOR OUR COUNTRY

Indeed. It's time to BEG forgiveness for not only our own sins but also for those of every other individual and for those of our country (and world) as a whole. Make a list of every sin and evil you can think of that is plaguing us...it shouldn't be hard, just watch the news or a little prime time t...
