I too miss the old days and check in from time to time. Hell, I even started a new thread today. Maybe this spring some activity will happen. Think back to the get togethers in Starkville so many moons ago... good times and lots of good folks.

I’m headed there next weekend. I’d definitely like to get into some crafish and seafood. Whats places would you boys recommend? Before you answer, I’m more of a locally owned hole in the wall type of guy.

I spoke to Mike and Lamar Boyd this past weekend and they were quick to say it has been the worst season on record for them. We aren’t holding any birds in any spots that I hunt in NW TN either.

I made a trip up to the Spring River on Christmas Eve. Dropped my daughter off at NEA Baptist for work and headed that way. Fishing was excellent, couldn’t catch fish and take pictures too.
