Re: GM Active Fuel Management oil usage

My 07 5.3L drinks about 2 quarts every ~3k miles. Pain in the butt is an understatement.

Re: C-Spire Fiber to the Home

My opinion is extremely biased, but I want it bad. It's not yet available in my area and it's killing me.

BOLO- Business Robbery

My brother in-law's business was just robbed in Gluckstadt. A fine upstanding gentleman came in claiming to be with the alarm company and wearing FBI-type insignia, then robbed the front desk attendant once in the back office. I'm linking to the Facebook post with his picture and his car. He's drivi...

3. Didn't kill many at all, but saw some great sunrises with friends and didn't fall in. So that counts for two points or something.

Re: Best blind bag?

I have a Drake shell bag I use when I need to go in light or in timber, and it's been great.

I use a Higdon bag for most boat, pit or blind hunts and it's great. Roomy enough for everything, and zips up tight.

Re: Parking a big truck

I drove a Toyota Camry for the past seven years. Then yesterday I bought a Z71 crew cab. Parking it is like negotiating an M1-Abrams Main Battle Tank through the streets of old Paris. Is this something you get used to? you'll get used to it right about the time your balls drop. welcome to manhood. ...

Re: The Yeti of Dog Kennels

When the gunner kennels first came out I saw a video where the guy placed multiple different plastic dog kennels in his driveway in the summer heat to test the temperature on the inside. Using a laser thermometer he had the surface temperature of the driveway around 110 degrees. Each of the cheaper...

Re: MS Youth Super Hunt

All I'll say is that you will never regret getting involved with this hunt. The past two days were awesome. All four of our hunters shot at deer, and all but one killed a buck. Two of my hunters killed mature deer- one killed a 4 year old ten point, and another killed a very old (6+) four point that...
