To clarify, for example, the public ramp for the yazoo at belzoni..... It gets pushed off when the water is up, but after the river drops, there's always a big mud hump where they cleaned the ramp with a road grader..... Of course I'm an hour away, and it sucks having to drive over and find the ramp...
