my daughter has the 1187 compact (youth) and it sucks. Have had feed problems with good shells. It wont eject cheap shells. I have had it at a Remington service center for the last 8 weeks. The one good thing is it has a short barrel that a kid can maneuver. A lot of the others have a longer barrels...

Re: Deer season reopen for flood counties?

as DanP said for your club it has to get back to 39. It is suppose to crest on the 11th at 49 ft on the Helena gauge. I am hoping we can start hunting the 18th or so. May just be wishful thinking though.

Re: Who gets the deer? Discussion Topic.

It is hunter B's Deer. BUT I lived this same situation with a 150" 11 point several years ago. A buddy shot it in the back leg. After a half a day of trailing I shot the deer while it was swimming a slough. (3 legged deer still can swim fast and sink like a brick when you shoot them). He looked...

Re: A little flood education

Good stuff. I knew a big part of that but a lot I did not know. The same way you can spit in Moon lake and it end up in the yazoo is the same way you can tag a spoonbill in Moon lake and it get caught in St Louis :D One was caught almost to Oklahoma No kidding. That is insane. The folks that say th...

Re: Big River headed up..........

Did everybody that rebuilt after '11 build high enough? Actually, I thought it was a FEMA mandate after 2011, that elevation was required, no matter whether flood insurance was purchased, or not. However, there are several folks in the big clubs, along the river, who did not elevate. Pretty...

Re: First Denzel and now Robert!!!! Wth

It was pretty obvious when ol spice it up robert was at ground zero blowing his sax that he was not gonna be at the sugar bowl. I am sure he had plenty of folks hopping around ground negro that were willing to share some more of that "good stuff" with him. Goodbye and good riddance to the ...

I am with Gator, Sit him. I am sick of stupid thugs. Freeze has no ground to stand on from here out if he lets him play. I really like Freeze, but this is where the rubber meets the road. His values versus winning. You Ole Miss homers want the victory at all cost and I understand that, but I admire ...

Re: M and P Shield....

no M&P compacts at sportsman's whse in Southaven Saturday. I want something with more capacity than the shield. I can carry a kahr in my pocket or a 1911 and tote as many rounds as the shield. Thinking about a double stack 9 or 40 in 1911 style as well. With some effort I have managed to make th...
