The 1973 Leflore County flood map i mentioned was scanned and we put a copy at Cottonlandia Museum in Gwood. I wish i would have kept the 1991 map we generated but i didnt. Often, after big historic floods the USACE will generate a post flood report.You can probably find them on their historic data....
