Novacaine, I agree with your post, and I'd add a good rangefinder......the distances out west will fool you. Practice with it and you'll see what I'm talking about. I've been using Cuddeyback for several years, and they work great. Easy to operate, good pics, and they seem to last for multiple years. I highly recommend them.

Great glimpse into what our neighborhood was like 125 years ago. I grew up hunting all along the Little Sunflower and Coon bayou, so reading this make me feel like I knew exactly where they were. Thanks for sharing!
