Does the state of MS routinely seek out new lands to purchase for the intent of adding public hunting opportunities? I know in AR they are constantly adding new land to the nwr's. I'd love to see an increase in usable public lands and stop crossing that bridge to deal with all the new $#!+ rules the...

Didn’t see a whole lot around Tunica Tuesday. Had a hunt lined up around Jonesboro for Sunday and the outfitter canceled b/c of lack of birds.

when I was a broke college student, we would cut all the rice from the breast and save it for our gumbo. Took a while, but eventually we'd have enough for a small bowl.

That is a good read... As someone that hunts the AR wma's quite regularly, I really hope these regulations the AR guys are asking for doesn't backfire on them. 7 Didn't get to hunt as much this year as in years past but there were always ducks around to be shot.
