Beware of Armslist.com
I have bought a gun there but there are as many scams as there are real things on that website. I knew this was a scam after the first email and assumed it would be after seeing the price on the ad. I tried to get as much info as he would give me but all he would give me was his paypal. I spoke with...

Good deal on Chest Freezer
I am helping the Moody's move out of their house tonight. They are going on permanent missions in Honduras with their 3 boys after this school year. They are practically giving away a working chest freezer. They need it gone today. This is the link to a facebook yardsale she put it on. $25 https://w...

Re: Holding kids back in 8th grade for sports?
Ever wonder why the girls generally get better grades? They develop earlier, and have less trouble with the academics because of it. I would always hold a child back if possible. Socially it is difficult unless you are going to move or change schools. Academically it makes a huge difference for boy...

Re: Getting fat
I have never been obese but I had let myself get out of shape over the last 2 years or so. I had been going to the gym 3-4 times a week and lifting but never did cardio. Our gym closed and the wife and I joined Baptist Healthplex in Madison and I started doing the same routine that I had been doing ...

No...
Make the decision in kindergarten and let them go from there. Sports is no reason to hold a kid back after that in my opinion. Doing a quick pro/con list I come up with one pro(and that is relative) and long list of cons.

Re: New York City
Study up on the subway system before you go. My wife did this and we got around NY for 5 days on a $25 subway pass including getting from the airport to the hotel. For the most part it will drop you off within a block of wherever you want to be if you know what to get on. I will try to get you a lis...

Re: Ask Duck South: Real Estate Comission
I sold my last house by owner and it wasn't bad at all. Actually sold it to the first person that called about it because I had the ability to move around on the price more because there was no 6% com.
I had a good atty that provided me with all the paperwork I would need and he closed it for us.
