Re: Caribbean vacations

We did one of those Sandals resorts in the Turks and Cacos a few years ago. It was pretty nice. Didn't include the flight but you could probably get a package.

Re: Need Dozer work, bridge and gravel pricing

Not to hijack a thread but I need some similar dozer work done just outside of Pelahatchie. More smoothing than anything else. PM me if you know someone reasonable

Re: Any luck with this cold front

We have been hammering this year. It's deserved after the last 2. Not every time out but consistently. 52 yesterday with 10 people on a pot hole off the river. Only 5 today with my son and wife but the birds were there. We had never hunted in this particular swamp before and set up wrong and shot wo...

Re: Any luck with this cold front

We busted them up on Saturday and saw 1000's. Some of the biggest group of "Big" ducks I have seen in years. But we were in timber that didn't freeze over. The field around were locked tight. Hunted Sunday after 2 cold days and they were gone overnight ..... no high fliers, no nothing... e...

Re: STOLEN!!!!

I am sorry to hear about your trailer. Man I am so tired of thieves . My camp has been hit twice in the last 2 years. It costs more to repair the damage than the stuff they stole. This last time I went back with one of those metal crack house doors and reinforced the frames. The front door now has 5...

Re: AR Opener

Good news, I had another conversation with someone in MN. High today is going to be in the 20"s. Water is starting to freeze but it will take awhile. In the past I have seen everything locked up there with 3 feet of snow on the ground and there will still be Mallards in the spring fed ponds.

AR Opener

One word: SUCKED Hunted SE AR for the opener. I personally didn't fire a shot. Didn't hear many shots fired in surrounding areas. Saw very few. Primary concentrations were around the MS river due to no water in surrounding areas. But "concentration" is being used loosely. Even the bar pits...

Re: Dog Stand/Blind

I have a MoMarsh Invisilab and like it. I don't have a headroom issue because I have a springer so it's a smaller dog. I like the fact you can adjust it, don't need a tree and the dog can get in and out of it on his own. It also works on land or in water. I thought it was a little $$$ but after havi...
