Question: I filled out app for panther muzzleloader hunt and put a friend on it with me. My friend has gotten drawn and gotten his permit. I have not. I thought that if I put OUR names in, if one got drawn the other would too. Am I right or wrong on this??

works good in bow season but when EVERYBODY gets in the woods, not Quite as accurate but still a good tool to go by
