Re: Building a new house - what's a couple of your "must hav

I havent built it yet but slowly working on the plans in my head but I want my "mancave" to connect to the outdoor cooking area which connects to the kitchen. Also huge closets, I hate dressers and chests and all the other crap that clogs up a room.

Headache rack

A friend just got a fourwheeler and wants something to keep it off the front bedrail and glass. I think someone makes a smaller one just for this purpose not the fullsize things that cover the whole rear window. Does anyone know of a company who makes one.

Re: how much more good news can Rebel Nation take?

You should be excited, probably going to be a great class for the rebels. I honestly think Tunsill would be one of the biggest lands for them if they get him. Having a left tackle that good is priceless if they have some solid OL with him. Treadwell and Moncrief will be a dangerous combo and the DL...

Re: Wade fishing around Biloxi in late March

no water no fish. Just messing, not the side of the coast I usually fish but ill throw out what I can, if your wading just look for piers or any structure and any kind of areas where water is draining out from inland areas. If the tide is slack and no movement look for a harbor where structures or j...

Re: clothing that earns its keep

I haven't worn the helly hansens or grundens probably as much as Kris, but I can vouch for their true ability to shed water as long as you don't have to wade, easy to clean and pack away great products by both brands

Re: Mortgage Question

. Now if this is the house you plan on living in forever and is big enough for a full-size family by all means feel free to pay it off over 30 years. This may come off as confrontational but I don't mean it that way - but I'd hope most people would plan ahead and know that they're going to have chi...

Re: Mortgage Question

I think what H20 is saying is be sure before you buy a house, have money in the bank. With the way things are today it would be nice to be in a house financially that if you had to sell it you could sell it quickly due to the amount you owe on it or can afford to lose on it due to money you have. I...

Re: Mortgage Question

My own self first off me and my wife bought a house with a first time loan, and now were trying to sell due to a growing family and other family reasons. Problem is we have paid so little off in 5 years and no down payment for us to even break even we have to ask what we bought it for which was a de...

Re: Mortgage Question

Just stated my opinion, I forgot everyone was a mortgage and finance expert. Im just sayin if you can't put anything down, as in you don't have any money saved you shouldn't buy a house again just my opinion.
