Damn...you guys got me worried now. I don't know if I'll carry him with me or not... He's just a year and a half old but I don't think the heat will discriminate if you know what I mean. I like the ice chest idea but Smoke is so high strung I don't think I could keep him in the chest. Thanks for the...

Who's gonna work their dog on opening day doves?
Just want to know who's gonna work their dog on opening day doves this year. i know it's gonna be hot but I think a little shade and alot of drinking water should keep mine from overheating. I'll probably set up close to the pond and let him keep himself cool. I just can't stand the thought of leavi...

Just like ducman77 said...from a law enforcement point of view...you should press charges on him. If you let him get away with it this time then the poacher/trespasser will think he can get away with it any other time. I know you might think that if you press charges then he/she might try to do some...

Anyone have a camp on Anderson Tully property!
SDelta & peewee... I had a landowner of Paw Paw contact me last year about his share for sale in the club. He contacted me through a friend. He was interested in selling his share of 1/17 of the entire club for around $400,000.00 or possibly leasing his rights for hunting for around $12,000.00 a yea...

Contract food plot planting and tractor work
I picked up a guy's card at the show that does this kind of work. When I get home from work tonight I'll get it and post a number you can reach him at.

Anyone have a camp on Anderson Tully property!
peewee... It's the same on IP property too. I just joined a club that leases land from IP and they said in order to move a camp trailer in you must pay the $100 dollars a year to have it set up. Sounds like the timber companies have found another way to make money besides timber. They know that we w...

Blind Bags
I have a Mad Dog bag and it's held up very good... been pretty rough with it too. The only problem I have with it is it's not completely waterproof. I've gone to a DryBox to carry my equipment in now. The other companies.. Arkansas and Avery make an excellent bag too if you want to pay the price.

Hog trap
South Delta... If you never tried to catch hogs in a pen you'll find out it's hard. First thing is if you have land leased by IP or Anderson Tully I don't think you can put bait (corn) out for any reason...even to trap hogs. If you fool with the hogs too much they'll go nocturnal on you. Traps work ...

$50/acre deer lease!!!
$30-$50 dollars an acre is outrageous for ANY lease! This goes to show you the direction hunting is going. It's soon going to be where the only place the average Joe has to hunt is on public land, and we all know what lies ahead on that subject. The rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting...

What really happened to the Ducks?
Ya know it could also have been that the ducks got themselves ahold of some of that material that the military makes the B-17 Stealth out of and used it. You know with all those new fangled duck hunting gadgets we may not have ever picked them up on our radar screens.
