I got curious one day last summer and filleted one up. As long as you trim off the dark meat that gives fish a bad taste, it actually was pretty good. There were a lot of bones to be picked out of my teeth but I was shocked. Now, I haven't cooked it again but in case of WWIII, they'll eat.
