Yeah you are right. BAR would be my first choice but I probably would never sale it for sentimental reasons. Might have a grandson someday.
Which has the best knock down power? .243 or 7mm-08?

Re: What's a good gun for a girl?
That's what I would prefer, Something that she can use for many years, but if she gets all girlie on me and doesn't want to go anymore, I hate to have that kind of money tied up it. My first gun my father gave me was a BAR. I still have it and it looks almost as good as it did 25 years ago.

What's a good gun for a girl?
I have been taken my daughter hunting for the last couple of years and last year she killed her first deer. I want to get her something to shoot because the 30-06 BAR is kicking her tail. She is 9 years old. What would be a good gun that she could use with little kick. I have tried using the low rec...

Re: Rules for Hunting Club
Munyoz70 thank you. I respect your opinion. They are just like buttholes!! Everybody has one! In a prefect world we wouldn't need rules but some people do not respect others therefore rules have to be set in place. Surely you dont think its okay for you to pay a couple grand in dues and then two gro...

Re: Type of Tree
I really cant take the credit, I was puzzled too, so I talked to some pro's at the Ms Forestry Commission.
Its actually a good looking tree to be a wild one.
Whats up in Amory?

Re: Type of Tree
That is a Wild Pear tree. I got one in my yard. Looks a lot like a Bradford. The fruit is bitter as *$@#. Its going to develop thorns after a couple of years on the limbs. Prune it over head high, otherwise if you run into it while mowing around it those 3 inch thorns will get ya. Know by experience...

Re: Rules for Hunting Club
So to be clear, If the child is under the age limit, He is not considered a guest and would not be subject to the daily fee. The child also could come as many times as he wishes along as he is with the paying member? Mr. Miller I like the idea of having to contact a member that would not be present ...

Rules for Hunting Club
Our hunting club is trying to come up with a set of rules or by-laws for the members to go by. We are looking at establishing the rules for bringing a guest. This is to eliminate two people from splitting the yearly dues. (ie: a father and an adult son splitting the dues) *At what age would you say ...
