Why were you shooting hens ? A man of your stature doesnt do such things ! Pintail/Gadwall Hen is my guess.

I don't agree with you needing to move on. If they arent physically there when you get there you have the right to move their stuff out of your way. You arent suppose to leave any personal possessions on WMA'a or Refuge's anyway. I'm sure they will be upset but you win that argument.

I use a 6 weight to catch speckled trout and an 8 weight for redfish. I have an orvis battenkill bar stock reel and a orvis large arbor fly reel. Both are relatively inexpensive and good reels. For rods I like Sage and Temple Fork Outfitters. Starting out you will want to use weight forward fly line...

Yeah Matt I hope so. That was my first couple of hunts of the year for turkeys. Coming to Mississippi to chase easterns for the next few days and then gonna try to make a trip to Texas for Rios. Have you got to go yet this year ?
