What do you consider open carry? Vehicle? Person?

I had an employee of a federal agency tell me I could not carry a weapon on their property while on duty. I laughed told them to call the police and kept walking. A sign don't mean crap if you have a legal right to carry a weapon as I did you can even call Barry O if you want still would not help.

I have seen it used many of times in catfish ponds. It works fast by taking the oxygen out of the water it does not poison the fish or other wildlife.
