I will have to agree with goosebruce and Dr. Duck2000. "Sit" means sit until told otherwise. You should have only one single word command for what you want your dog to do. This will cause less confusion for you and your dog.

I use one call, that's all. Southern Game Call, has a wide range of sounds, I can blow it loud or soft and even can imitate a teal hen, and most important it won't stick. If you are willing to spend $125 this would be my choice but if not I don't think you can beat a Haydel for the money.
