The best ones on the market are Pro Ears. They are made by Ridgeline. For shotgun shooting, the model you want is the Sporting Clays because it has a thinner cup on the bottom so that it doesn't bang the stock. But, not everyone can wear these without hitting the stock, depending on their build.

I had forgotten about the 3901 RL. I had 2 kids I was working with who got them when they first came out a couple of years ago. They were only available in 12 gauge then.
