Red, I doubt you will see that much of a decline in lease rates ( I could only wish), There will always be someone sitting in line to lease your spot and give a dollar more! even with the year that we have been having? IMO .......

Sorry to hear of your loss...I sat in the blind this am, looking at my ole, boy of 9 watching into the fog...waiting on anything to drop in ( and it didn't)....I wonder to myself how much longer he is going to tough the mud and water out,....but I think he would die doing it if for a rub on the head ...
