I use Montion X on my IPhone you can download maps so when you don't have service you still got a map of an area you are hunting. I used all of last year hunting public land in Arkansas.

I do not understand what the connection is to the weir and the making a refuge of Six Mile....the weir, per Dan P maps is shown well to the southwest. Build the weir, but leave Six Mile hunting as is. I do not hunt the oxbow so no bias here.

I never heard of that my dogs stay inside and they hunt and run test. So I think that is just a old wise tail

I was told they are going to pump up the Greentree but just not as high as in the past. The water levels in the past has been killing the timber.
