I would definitely take it back to Primos and get the hub replaced. If you are putting stuff on top of the blind to brush it in that might be causing the roof to calapse then checkout the Blind Support Pole that Primos makes that holds the top up during heavy rain or snow.

Had more success just bleating and not using the grunt. I have figured out that the softer grunts that you wouldn't think the buck could hear work alot better than the loud ones.
