I have lowered my eye on the rib to where u could barely see the bead but still a little high....I put a truglo front sight on it which fixed the problem but it sits high on the end.... With ballistics allowed like this...why is there still a need for a "primitive weapon" season in MS other than making you buy another gun if you want to hunt hah....I would just buy a .35 W and let that be the one rifle I used all season! Nice load

Are the 180s a lot better on wind drift? Love the elevation ballistics! I imagine that a 180 grain .35 caliber bullet loaded at 3000 fps at the muzzle will do the job on anything in north America....and drift less? Maybe?

I may be a little on the cheap side and simple but I would definitely take some camo paint to it and not look back.....a can stays in my guide bag at all times...it works wonders in a pinch!
