Swamp - I totally agree with you on shot placement. The thighs are a very under emphasized target when you're talking about archery equipment and turkeys. I thought I'd chime in on shot placement...the drum stick shot is lethal. You take out the landing gear and you take away their ability to get airborne. Plus, this shot with a large mechanical broadhead inflicts an incredible amount of trauma! This is my preferred shot placement on anything other ...
