Re: GM Truck headlights
Ok, I'm not sure if this has been brought up but I want to ask. This has been a huge thorn in my side for the last 10 years that I've owned GM trucks. Chevy and GMC. How in the heck do you stop the dang light bulbs from blowing? I've read where older models blew because the bulbs couldn't handle th...

Re: Big River headed up..........
2011 here we go again. Projected 51 at Vicksburg 57 at Natchez last update and I'm sure it'll move up some more. Steel bayou gates I'm sure are shut or will shut ASAP, lots of water to still come down. It's fixing to get nasty. We need some kind of cold weather now! Little Sunflower gates probably ...

Re: Ask DS - boat title?
So, it appears "Dealer" as the key. From an indidual, no tax(???). Not necessarily. If the boat was ORIGINALLY purchased our of state then proof of ms sales tax must be shown. That's why numbers stay with the boat. If the boat has already been registered in ms and has current ms registrat...

Re: Ask DS - boat title?
You don't if it comes from an individual, but there is no use getting into a HUGE argument about it so I just didn't comment. According to MDWFP, If a boat was purchased from an out of state dealer originally PROOF of MS sales tax must be shown before a boat can be registered in MS. If not you can ...

Re: Ask DS - boat title?
You will have to show proof MS sales tax has been paid on the boat before you can register it. They will have record of it if it has. If not you will have to pay a 7% use tax on the value of the boat unless the law has changed.

Re: chokes
Got a Browning A5 and am looking at choke tubes. Any advice on which one to get and which ones to stay away from? Also, what ammo to go with it? You not gonna have a whole lot of choices with the new A5. But one is the patternmaster code black Turkey. It's a .675 and mine shoots great with straight...

Re: Which shotgun to get?
I got a new A5 this past summer. Hunted with all season recoil is no worse than any other auto. My opinion A5 or SX3. I agree! Best bang for the buck is a SX-3. The A5 is an inertia gun so therefore it does have a little more "felt" recoil but I love mine! Never thought I'd change from an...

Re: Closing of a certain south delta wma
Gona have to produce a search warrant signed by a judge and listing probable cause to go through my truck. I've never understood that line of reasoning. Yeah, I had that attitude when I was young. I also ended up with over 60 moving violations in 6 states over 5 years, even been in slammer on more ...

Re: Closing of a certain south delta wma
Not sure why anyone would complain about Leo presence on these places? The more of a presence they have the better people act as far as etiquette and being responsible/respectful. When there is a heavy presence, usually after the officers have checked you a couple times and you are respectful then ...

Re: Ask DS: trim fluid leaking?
Most likely the same thing that caused you needing the skeg repaired caused your trim leakage. Not much you can do except replace. If it's not leaking to bad you may can just fill every now and then to get by but sooner or later you will have to replace. Check you relief valve to make sure there's n...
