Ill also throw a plug in for CJ Rojas in Lafitte....Awesome guy and straight knows how to fish. He is hooked up with a guy down there that has some houses on the water that he rents out very reasonable as well. 504-416-0094

or easement by prior use....im far from an expert on this topic, which is why i said a call to an attorney would be time well spent. All i know is that if you have been using a road for a substancial number of years, then it has probably become the easement

If the road by his cabin has been used for a number of years (7 iirc) then it becomes an easement by prescription. check with an attorney

I have the standard mirrors from that body style that i took off my 2500 to install the towing mirrors. I still have them in my garage, they are all black and have the turn signal in it....ill let you have it for $100 plus shipping if interested

I have been needing a shop for a while and have been looking into building a 35x60 or so metal shop with the back 20' being walled up and turned into an apartment. What do I need to know about red iron buildings. any do's or dont's?

If the house is not deeded in thier name, then no I wouldnt get homeowners insurance. I was told that in MS there really isnt a lease/purchase agreement....more like a lease agreement with an option to purchase at the end. I would just get renters insurance right now with high contents.
